At Teesnows, we strive to deliver embroidered shirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to provide you with a straightforward and hassle-free process to address your concerns.

2. Return Policy

Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if there is any manufacturing defect, we support free resend a new one for you.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

b. How Refunds Are Processed

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  4. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

a. Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging and items for any signs of damage.

  2. Documentation: Photograph the damaged items and the packaging.

  3. Contact Us: Email us at support@teesnows.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

  4. Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items or offer a full refund, based on your preference.

b. Lost Items

In the rare event that your package is lost during transit:

  1. Check Tracking: Use your USPS tracking number to verify the status of your shipment on the USPS Tracking Page.

  2. Contact Us: If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately at support@teesnows.com with your order details.

  3. Investigation: We will work closely with USPS to locate your shipment and determine the next steps.

  4. Resolution: Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will either resend the items or issue a full refund.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or our faults in production and shipping . Please get in touch with our customer service within 7 days of order delivery if you have any complaints about your purchase. Then, if deemed necessary, our customer service division will assist in offering a replacement or refund.
WHICH EVIDENCE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR REPLACEMENT?
Submitting all pieces of evidence to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.

Wrong product shipped
Please send some pictures as proof, which include:

  • Picture of the wrong products you received

  • Picture of the shipping label.

Size issue
Please send the picture as proof:

  • Picture of the shipping label.

  • Photo measure the size of the product with a ruler.

  • The tag size

  • Picture of the product you received

Broken/ Damaged items:
Please send some pictures as proof, which includes:

  • Picture of the broken item

  • Picture of the shipping label.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@teesnows.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 06 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
